AIN’s 32 board-certified nephrologists provide comprehensive services in over 150 site locations, including hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient and dialysis facilities. As the first nephrology practice in Chicago to establish a vascular lab, we now have over 10 years of experience in providing vascular access services.

In 2006, Associates in Nephrology was the recipient of the prestigious Renal Physicians Association (RPA) Exemplary Practice Award. This award recognizes a nephrology practice that uniquely incorporates and supports the strategic efforts of the RPA to optimize the highest standards of medical care for patients.
